We may ask for your policy number to help you faster in the claims process. Your police number start with SP (SPxxxxxx-xxxx) and are included in your policy letter and in your terms and conditions. You can easily find it by logging in, or by contacting us.

On My Pages you have all the information you need about your company's insurance, terms and conditions. You simply log in with BankID.

Of course, you are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions about your insurances, invoicing, deductible or other matters.

When every second counts
Call the local public number for urgent assistance. When the most acute situation is handled, contact us for further assistance. If the local public emergency number is inaccessible, immediately call us.

In case of acute serious illness, accidental injury or repatriation
Always contact us for assistance with hospital treatment and payment guarantees for treatments covered by the insurance. Upon contact you should always state the insurance policy number: SPxxxxxx

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you should first contact your Claims Adjuster at If. You can also have your case examined by If's Kundombudsman, by sending an email to kundombudsmannen@if.se or call us at +46 771-43 00 00.
